Black Pepper Crab
Ingredients:
2 lbs of crab
1 litre cooking oil (I recommend using corn oil)
10 cloves of garlic
2 chilli pepper
10 slices of ginger ( about ½ cm each)
1 tablespoon of butter
Water
Seasonings:
3 tablespoon of blackpepper, salt, sugar.
Instruction:
1. Grind the garlic, chilli, and ginger together.
2. Without using any oil, sauté the blackpepper. Set it aside.
3. Deep fry the crab. Set it aside.
4. Heat the wok, put the butter until it melts, put the mixture of garlic,ginger, and chilli.
5. Put the blackpepper, add a little bit of water.
6. Put some salt, and a little bit of sugar ( Just to add flavor)
7. Put the crab, let it cook for a little bit.
My comment:
I got this recipe when I was watching TV. The show is called “Gula-Gula” and the chef name is Bara ….(forget the last name).
Kepiting Lada Hitam
Bahan:
1 kg kepiting
1 liter minyak goring ( Sebaiknya memakai minyak jagung)
10 siung bawang putih
2 cabe merah
10 iris jahe (kira-kira ½ cm masing-masingnya)
1 sdm mentega
Air
Bumbu:
3 sdm lada hitam, garam, gula
Cara:
1. Blender bawang putih, jahe and cabe. Sisihkan
2. Oseng merica hitam tanpa memakai minyak.
3. Goreng kepiting sampai terendam minyak. Sisihkan
4. Panaskan mentega, masukkan campuran bawang putih, jahe dan cabe.
5. Masukkan merica hitam, kasih sedikit air.
6. Taruh garam dan sedikit gula.
7. Masukkan kepiting tadi, biarkan sebentar.
